Poverty, Exclusion and Social Innovation in the Portuguese Caritas Conference

Mrs. Cavaco Silva presided, in the Charlot Municipal Auditorium, in Setúbal, at the Opening Ceremony of the Portuguese Caritas National Conference, under the heading “Combating Poverty and Exclusion through Paths of Social Innovation”, during which she addressed a speech.
