Heads of State in Panama City
The President of the Republic delivered an address in the First Plenary Session of the XXIII Iberian American Summit of Heads of State and of Government, held in Panama City.
After the first meeting, the Iberian American leaders took part in a luncheon/seclusion session, where they continued discussing the Summit’s topics.
The Second Plenary Session took place in the afternoon, after which President Cavaco Silva held a press conference jointly with the Prime Minister.
