The President of the Republic attended the Opening Ceremony of the XIX Iberian American Summit of Heads of State and of Government, which is being held in Estoril, where he delivered a speech.
Earlier, upon arrival at the hotel where the meeting is being held, the President had received the compliments paid by Iberian American leaders present at the Summit.
