Ceremonial Session of the National Day of Portugal with a speech addressed by the President of the Republic and award of decorations

In the Ceremonial Session Commemorative of the National Day of Portugal, Camões and the Portuguese Communities, which is being held in Santarém, the President of the Republic addressed a speech allusive to the event and awarded decorations to several individualities and institutions.

After the Ceremony, the Mayor of Santarém, Dr. Francisco Moita Flores, hosted luncheon in Casa do Campino.
