Arrival at Lubango

President Cavaco Silva visits Lubango, attending closure of Luso-Angolan entrepreneurial forum

On the third day of his State Visit to Angola, the President of the Republic travelled to Lubango, capital of the province of Huíla, where he was welcomed with military honours and local ethnic dances, and greeted by thousands of people in the city’s streets.

After a meeting with the Governor of Huíla, Eng. Isaac Maria dos Anjos, President Aníbal Cavaco Silva visited Mandume University, where he attended the closure of the Angola-Portugal Entrepreneurial Forum, where more than 200 entrepreneurs from both countries had participated.
