New cultural equipment
The President of the Republic presided at the inaugural act of the Mondim de Basto Municipal Library, as programmed for the visit carried out to this county in Vila Real District.
During the inaugural ceremony President Cavaco Silva viewed the Library’s facilities, heard a poetry recital and delivered a speech in a session celebrating the presence of the Head of State.
