President Cavaco Silva addressed message to the Portuguese Communities

Celebrating the National Day of Portugal, Camões and the Portuguese Communities, the President of the Republic addressed a message to the Communities in the Portuguese Diaspora, which he recorded in the Champalimaud Foundation, in Lisbon.
