Visit to the county of Poiares
The President of the Republic presided at the inaugural act of the refurbished County Hall of Vila Nova de Poiares, and later took a walking tour to the city’s Cultural Centre, which he visited after pronouncing it open to the public.
The Poiares Association for Integrated Development (ADIP) was also visited by President Aníbal Cavaco Silva, who later presided at the inaugural act of the new facilities of the Poiares Voluntary Fire Brigade.
