Speech addressed in the Diplomatic Seminar

President Cavaco Silva attends Diplomatic Seminar

The President of the Republic attended the Diplomatic Seminar, organized by the Portuguese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which was held in Warsaw, with the attendance of diplomats, and Economic Attachés located in Central and Easter Europe, as well as Portuguese entrepreneurs.

On the occasion a protocol was signed between AICEP and Bank Millennium BCP.

The President addressed a speech to the Seminar.
