Mrs. Cavaco Silva accompanied the Queen of Spain, D. Letizia, on a visit to the exhibition “Shared History, Treasures of Spain’s Royal Palaces”, on view in the Calouste Gulbenkian Museum, in Lisbon.
Visit to the Casa dos Marcos
Mrs. Cavaco Silva attended, with the Queen of Spain, D. Letizia, the closure of the II Iberian American Meeting on Rare Diseases, which was held in Moita, Setúbal, bringing together representative leaders of the ALIBER Member Countries, the alliance of the associations that are dedicated to this theme in both regions.

Mrs. Cavaco Silva attended the celebratory ceremonies of the 125th Anniversary of Doctor Gama Pinto Ophthalmic Institute, which were held in the Sousa Aguiar Auditorium, Lisbon.
Award for author Orhan Pamuk
Mrs. Cavaco Silva attended, in the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation the award session of the Helena Vaz da Silva European Prize for the Dissemination of Cultural Heritage, this year attributed to Turkish author Orhan Pamuk.
Portuguese Oncology Institute
Mrs. Cavaco Silva attended, in the Portuguese Oncology Institute, in Lisbon, the award ceremony of nurses’ uniforms to 70 new volunteers of the Portuguese Anti-Cancer League.
Visits in Guimarães
On the occasion of the X Informal Meeting of the Arraiolos Group Heads of State, which was held in Tibães, Mrs. Cavaco Silva accompanied the Presidents’ spouses on visits in the city of Guimarães.
