At the invitation of the Turkish Ambassadress, Mrs. Cavaco Silva attended, in the Turkish Embassy, a Solidarity Tea Party held on behalf of the people displaced by the storms occurred in Madeira Island, the proceeds from which will revert entirely to Caritas Madeira.
