As part of the State Visit to Portugal of the King and Queen of Jordan, Mrs. Cavaco Silva guided Queen Rania through the National Coach Museum.

Included in the programme of the State Visit to Portugal of the President of Angola, José Eduardo dos Santos, his wife, Ana Paula Santos, visited the Museum of the Presidency of the Republic, in Belém, in the company of Mrs. Cavaco Silva.
Introduction of a book
Mrs. Cavaco Silva attended, at the invitation of the Portuguese Federation of Rare Diseases (FEDRA), the presentation of a book named “Rare Diseases from A to Z”. The ceremony, which was held in the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, is included in the celebration of the European Day of Rare Diseases.
Audience in the Palace of Belém
Mrs. Cavaco Silva received, in audience, the Director of Performances of the S. Carlos National Theatre and the Commissioner of “Maria Callas – the Lisbon Exhibition”, Dr. Nuno Pólvora and Dr. Fernando Carvalho, respectively.
