Included in the programme of the State Visit that the President of the Republic of Colombia and his First Lady are holding in Portugal, Mrs. Cavaco Silva invited Mrs. Maria Clemencia Rodriguez de Santos to visit the National Coach Museum.
Meeting in the Palace of Belém
Mrs. Cavaco Silva received, in audience, Mrs. Isabel Fernandes, who was awarded the European prize in the category of Prime Volunteer Worker, an initiative promoted by the active Citizens of Europe organization.

Mrs. Cavaco Silva opened the photographic exhibition “Nearer to what is Rare”.
Father Joseph Galerne received in Belém
Mrs. Cavaco Silva received, in audience, Father Joseph Galerne, rector of the parish of Guiscriff, in France.
“Step for Care” Project
Mrs. Cavaco Silva visited the Paediatric Ward of Maputo Central Hospital and, on the occasion, presented a donation for the “Step for Care” project, intended to support confined children, and set up by air hostesses from the Portuguese Airline TAP.
Josina Machel School
Mrs. Cavaco Silva visited Josina Machel Secondary School, in Maputo, where she lectured, and presented some 200 books from her personal library to the Library of this Mozambican educational establishment.
