Mrs. Cavaco Silva received, in audience, Ms. Bibi Sattar, Chairman of aTTitude – Social Solidarity Association, IPSS, a Social Solidarity Private Institution, who presented a book on oncological nutrition developed by this association.
Cidadela Palace in Cascais
Mrs. Cavaco Silva opened, in the Cidadela Palace, Cascais, the exhibition “The Nativity Crèche - Maria Cavaco Silva Collection”, where approximately 250 crèches from her personal collection, in ceramics, wood, tin, clay and cork, amongst other materials, are on show.
New Future Association

Mrs. Cavaco Silva visited, in Funchal, the Holy Family Centre for Psycho-pedagogical Rehabilitation, with special regard to the Paedo-psychiatric unit and the Physiotherapy and Snoezelen facilities.

Mrs. Cavaco Silva visited in Ribeira Brava, Madeira, the São Bento Social and Parish Centre, with special regard to the Shelter Home for Women Victims of Domestic Violence and the Centre’s Home.
