“Easy Donations for All” Project
Mrs. Cavaco Silva attended today, the presentation of the “Easy Donations for All” Project, through the Pay Shop network. The event was held in the Gardens of the Sousa Leal Palace, in Rua S. José, Lisbon.
Warsaw Royal Palace
Within the programme of the President of the Republic’s State Visit to Poland, Mrs. Cavaco Silva, accompanied by Mrs. Maria Kaczynska, visited the Polish National Museum, its Gallery of Polish Painting and the “Sucha Collection” temporary exhibition, after which the visit continued in the Warsaw Royal Palace.
Visit to Foundation
Mrs. Cavaco Silva visited, in Tavira, the Irene Rolo Foundation, classified as a Private Social Solidarity Institution (IPSS), which provides support for handicapped people, including preventive actions, rehabilitation, training and personal, Professional and social integration.
Speech delivered in the Forum
Mrs. Cavaco Silva addressed a speech when she took part in the Forum concerning Health Issues of the Civil Society in the CPLP, held in Belém Cultural Centre, in Lisbon.
Mrs. Cavaco Silva visited the exhibition “Connections” - Vieira da Silva by Mário Cesariny, in the Arpad Szenes-Vieira da Silva Foundation, in Lisbon.
Admission Centre for Children, in Lisbon
Mrs. Cavaco Silva visited, in Lisbon, the construction in progress of the “House of Colours”, a centre for the temporary admission of children, from the Action in Service of Life – Swatch Perfect World Project.
Visit to the House of Gil
On the occasion of the Official Visit to Portugal of the Cape Verde Head of State, Mrs. Cavaco Silva accompanied the wife of the visiting President, Mrs. Barreto Pires, on a visit to the Gil Foundation – House of Gil, and fraternized with the children living there.
Mrs. Barreto Pires visited the Museum of the Presidency
Included in the programme of the Official Visit to Portugal of the President of Cape Verde, Pedro Pires, his wife, Mrs. Barreto Pires, visited the Museum of the Presidency of the Republic, in Belém, in the company of Mrs. Cavaco Silva.
Visit in Porto
Mrs. Cavaco Silva visited, in Porto, the Youth Foundation, and attended an exhibition dedicated to the “Nest of Enterprise”, a film about the Foundation and the delivery of products from the programme “Pharmacies with a Face”.
Visit to APPACDM, in Setúbal
Mrs. Cavaco Silva visited, in Quinta da Serralheira, Setúbal, the Portuguese Association of the Parents and Friends of the Mentally Handicapped Citizen (APPACDM) and their exhibition “Multi-disability – A work of dedication”.
