Launching of the book “Lokomotywa”

Launching of translation of work by Polish author in the Alto de Algés Basic School

Mrs. Cavaco Silva accompanied the Wife of the President of the Republic of Poland, Mrs. Anna Komorowska, on a visit to the Alto de Algés Basic School, on the occasion of the launching of the Portuguese translation of the book of poetry for children “Lokomotywa” by Polish author Julian Twim.

After viewing the exhibition of the illustrations of the book “Lokomotywa”, by Paulo Galindro, Mrs. Cavaco Silva and Mrs. Cavaco Silva visited the school library and read the poem “Lokomotywa” in their respective mother languages, accompanied by the students.
