“The strength of Parents” in discussion at the Gulbenkian Foundation

I Parents in Network International Conference

Mrs. Cavaco Silva presided, in the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, at the inaugural ceremony of the I Parents in Network International Conference, based on the theme “The strength of Parents”, during which she delivered an address.

This conference, the first of this kind to be held in Portugal, was focused on the perspective of the person and the family and the discussion topic was the construction of a new paradigm, the social inclusion of handicapped people and the role of the families.
