European Day of Rare Diseases

Mrs. Cavaco Silva took part in the Commemorations of the European Day of Rare Diseases.

The ceremony, which was held in the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, in Lisbon, included the public presentation of the Scientific Committee of the Portuguese Federation of Rare Diseases - FEDRA and of the Observational Study pursuant to the preparation of the Registry of Patients with Rare Pathologies.

At the end of the event, Mrs. Cavaco Silva awarded the FEDRA distinctions to the physicians honoured by their endeavours with the patients’ associations’ members of the Portuguese Federation of Rare Diseases.
