Visit to the Fifth Essence Complex in Sintra

Mrs. Cavaco Silva visited the private complex Fifth Essence (Qe), in Sintra, which provides aid for intellectually retarded persons aged over 16.

The complex includes pedagogical and residential areas and its main objective is to maximize the autonomy and social integration of such persons.
