Visit of the King of Spain’s sister

Infanta D. Pilar de Borbón received in the Palace of Belém

Mrs. Cavaco Silva received Infanta D. Pilar de Borbón, and accompanied her on a tour of the Palace of Belém, during which the President of the Republic had the occasion to greet this member of the Spanish Royal Family.

Infanta D. Pilar was later hosted by Mrs. Cavaco Silva at lunch, which also included as guests some of the Portuguese friends of the sister of King Juan Carlos of Spain.
