At the invitation of Caritas Portugal, Mrs. Cavaco Silva recorded a “spot” for the “10 Million Stars – A Gesture for Peace” Operation, which intends to promote peace, solidarity and reconciliation around the world.
The amounts obtained in this campaign, with the sale of a candle, will be used for the support of developing countries, especially for projects which aim to requite the needs and urgent requirements in the less favoured areas.
