Opening of the Library in Guarda
The President of the Republic officially opened the Eduardo Lourenço Municipal Library, in Guarda, and presided at the Celebration of Guarda’s “Civitas Diem”.
The President of the Republic sent a message of condolences to the President of the Republic of India, Pratibha Patil, concerning the victims of the terrorist acts in Mumbai.
