Presentation of the “’Cluster’ of the Sea”
The project and objectives of the “’Cluster’ of the Cape Verde Sea” were presented to the President of the Republic, in Mindelo, by the Minister of Finance of Cape Verde, Mrs. Cristina Duarte, in a session where the Head of State of Cape Verde, Pedro Pires, was also present.

Continuing his State Visit to Cape Verde, the President of the Republic was welcomed by hundreds of people in the streets of Mindelo and was later received in São Vicente County Council where he delivered a speech.
