Speech delivered at the Summit
President Cavaco Silva delivered an address at the Plenary Session of the XXI Iberian American Summit of Heads of State and of Government, held in Asuncion, Paraguay.
Meeting with Felipe Calderón
The President of the Republic held a meeting with the Mexican President, Felipe Calderón, in a bilateral meeting during the XXI Iberian American Summit Meeting in Asuncion, Paraguay.
Ceremony in Asuncion
The President of the Republic attended, in Asuncion, Paraguay, the Inaugural Act of the XXI Iberian American Summit of Heads of State and of Government, which was held in the Central Bank of Paraguay.
This was followed by a dinner hosted by the pro-tempore Presidency.
Meeting with Sebastíán Piñera
The President of the Republic held a meeting, in Asuncion, Paraguay, with his Chilean counterpart, Sebastíán Piñera, who is also taking part in the XXI Iberian American Summit.
