Visit to the Refinery
The President of the Republic presided at the inaugural act of the New Units of the Sines Refinery, where he delivered a speech.
The President of the Republic requested from the Constitutional Court, following doubts arisen as to its conformity with the Constitution, the administrative supervision of the rule comprised in §1 of article Mo. 8, when considered jointly with the rules contained in articles Nos. 4 & 5 of the Annex to Parliamentary Decree No. 128/XII, that “Creates the Sports Arbitration Court and approves the respective legislation”.
The initiative “I Want Portuguese”
The President of the Republic held a meeting, in the Palace of Belém, with the promoters of the campaign “I Want Portuguese” ” – a partnership between members of a chain of animal origin food products – who presented an initiative intended to revitalize a relevant sector of the national economy, through the consuming of Portuguese products.
