Audiences in Belém
The President of the Republic heard today the opinions of the Chairmen of the Executive Boards of the larger banks operating in Portugal, regarding the financing conditions of the Portuguese economy following the rejection, by Parliament, of the Programme of the XX Constitutional Government and on the essential guidelines of the economic and financial policy to ensure the stability of the Portuguese financial system.
