In the terms of item h( of article no. 133 of the Constitution, the President of the Republic accepted the proposal put forward by the Prime Minister to appoint Master Helder Manuel Gomes dos Reis, Dr. Joaquim Pias Jorge, Master Manuel Luis Rodrigues, Dr. Paulo de Faria Lince Nuncio and Dr. Helder Manuel sebastiao Rosalino respectively to the offices of Assistant Secretary of State and for the Budget, and Secretaries of State for the Treasury, Finance, Fiscal Affairs and Public Administration.
The President of the Republic will empower the new members of the Government tomorrow, 2 July, at 17.00 hours, in the Palace of Belem.
