Included in the celebrations of the anniversary of the establishment of the Republic, the Presidency of the Republic will host, on 5 October instant, in the gardens of the Palace of Belém, a presentation of the “Portugal Is Me” initiative, whose main objective is the increase in value of Portuguese products and companies in several sectors of activity.
Organized by IAPMEI. Agency for Competitiveness and Innovation, in a consortium that comprises the Confederation of Portuguese Agriculturalists (CAP) and the Portuguese Entrepreneurial Association (AIP), the “Portugal Is Me” programme will promote an exhibition of Portuguese products – from the traditional to the innovative – originating from all the Country’s regions.
The “Portugal Is Me” initiative is financed by the European Programme COMPETE – European Operational Competitiveness Factors, comprised in the National Strategic Reference Framework.
This exhibition of Portuguese products and of the companies that present them will run in the gardens of the Palace of Belém from 15:00 hours, and includes a cultural animation show.
