The President of the Republic returned to Parliament the proposal on a referendum concerning the possibility of co-adoption by same gender spouses or de facto partners, and concerning the possibility of adoption by same gender couples, whether married or de facto partners, approved by Decision no. 6-A/2014, since the Constitutional Court had issued the opinion, following the preventive obligatory check, that it was unconstitutional and illegal.
