Meeting in Panama City
On the outskirts of the XXIII Iberian American Summit of Heads of State and of Government, being held in Panama City, the President of the Republic met with Prince Felipe of Spain, who is representing King Juan Carlos in several of the meeting’s activities.
President Cavaco Silva and Prince Felipe de Borbón met alone, after having taken a walk together in the neighbourhood of the location where the Summit is being held.
