In the terms of item h) of article No. 133 of the Constitution, the President of the Republic accepted the proposal, put forward by the Prime Minister, to accept the resignation, at his request, of the Minister of State and Finance, Prof. Doctor Vitor Louçã Rabaça Gaspar.
The President of the Republic equally accepted the proposal, put forward by the Prime Minister, to appoint Dr. Maria Luis Casanova Morgado Dias de Albuquerque to the same post.
The empowerment of the new member of the Government will take place tomorrow, Tuesday, 2 July, at 17.00 hours, in the Palace of Belem.
