Gala Performance in the Lisbon Coliseum
The President of the Republic attended, in the Lisbon Coliseum, the Gala Performance celebrating the listing by UNESCO of “Fado” as an Intangible World Cultural Heritage.
The performance, which started with a film show paying tribute to already deceased “Fado” protagonists, included several “Fado” singers who represented various generations of this traditional Portuguese artistic expression now recognized as a world heritage.
