President enacted legislation on the funding of political parties and electoral campaigns and addressed a message to Parliament

The President of the Republic enacted Parliamentary Decree No. 66/XI, that «Reduces public funding and the maximum limits of expenses in electoral campaigns », and addressed a message to Parliament concerning the same.
