President attends in the Palace of Belém concerts that celebrated the anniversary of the Republic

Within the Commemorative Celebration of the Centenary of the Establishment of the Republic, the President of the Republic and Mrs. Cavaco Silva attended several concerts included in the programme of performances open to the public.

The Amália Hoje project, once again put together for this occasion, held its performance on the eve of the anniversary of the Republic. Before that, Lara Li sang in the Palace of Belém, in a duet with Simone de Oliveira, preceded by the “fado” singer António Zambujo and by songstress Sara Tavares, whose performance was held on 1 October.
