The President of the Republic enacted the Parliamentary Bill that brings changes to the Law covering the Fulfilling of Penal Servitude and Measures to Prevent Freedom.
With the changes now introduced, specifically as to those placing prisoners in open external regime, the doubts which had led the President of the Republic, in August of last year, to request the preventive control of the constitutionality of the Law covering the Fulfilling of Penal Servitude, have been substantially clarified.
