Arrival in Luanda
The President of the Republic arrived in Luanda at the beginning of a State Visit to Angola, after which he will attend the VIII Summit of the Community of Portuguese Speaking Countries (CPLP).
On his arrival in Luanda, President Aníbal Cavaco Silva was received by the Governor of Luanda Province, Francisca do Espírito Santo Carvalho, and by the Ministers of Assistance and Social Security, João Baptista Kussumua, and of Science, Technology and Higher Education, Maria Cândida Teixeira.
