Foreign entities received in Faro
The President of the Republic received, in Faro, the compliments from the members of the Diplomatic Corps accredited in Portugal, and later hosted a banquet to the entities who attended the celebratory ceremonies of the National day of Portugal Camões and the Portuguese Communities.
After dinner, at the invitation of the Mayor of Faro, President Aníbal Cavaco Silva attended the popular concert held in the city centre, which included the performance of the National Anthem by members of the Bands of the three Branches of the Armed Forces, and a show by the songstress Viviane.
