World Children’s Day concert
The President of the Republic and Mrs. Cavaco Silva attended, in the Palace of Belém, the commemorative concert of the World Children’s Day, with the participation of the Zethoven Project and of the juvenile Classic Orchestra and Mixed Choir of the Cultural Association of the Inland Beira region.
This event is included in a number of activities which the Museum of the Presidency of the Republic programmed to celebrate the World Children’s Day, based this year on music as a theme.
The Zethoven Project incorporates approximately 3,000 children and young people from the Guarda, Castelo Branco, Portalegre and Santarém districts.
