Exhibition in the former Relação Gaol
Included in the programme of the Commemorations of the Centenary of the Republic, President Aníbal Cavaco Silva presided at the inaugural act, in the Portuguese Photography Centre, installed in the building of the Relação Gaol, in Porto, the exhibition “Resistance. From the republican alternative to the fight against dictatorship (1891-1974)”.
Once outside of the Building the President of the Republic was greeted by several hundreds of people waiting to visit the exhibition.
