President Cavaco Silva with Prime Minister Singh

President Cavaco Silva meets with the Indian Prime Minister and bilateral accords are signed
The President of the Republic held a meeting with the Indian Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh, and, at the end of the meeting, both took part in the bilateral accords signing ceremony.

The following accords were signed on this occasion: in the judicial sphere, the extradition accord; in the cultural area, the 2006-09 cultural co-operation programme, the interchange programme in the Education, Language, Science, Technology and Higher Education areas, and the cultural interchange programme.
