EMCDDA Conference
The President of the Republic took part in the closing ceremony of the International Conference of the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction – EMCDDA, subject to the theme “Identifying European information needs for an effective drug policy, which was held in the Lisbon Conference Centre.
With this International Conference the Observatory celebrates its 15th anniversary on the monitoring of the drug situation in Europe.
President Cavaco Silva took the opportunity to address a speech.
