Majesty,
On the occasion of the National Day of Morocco, I am extremely pleased in addressing Your Majesty, on behalf of the people of Portugal and in my own personal name, my very sincere congratulations, equally requesting that you accept my best wishes for the health and well being of Your Majesty and of all the Royal Family, as well as for the progress and prosperity of our good friends the People of Morocco.
United by strong bonds of friendship and by a close and fruitful cooperation, our two countries have nowadays ample and solid relations, structured at many levels and which, I am certain, will be the base of novel and strengthened opportunities. I wish to assure Your Majesty of my personal endeavour for the achievement of such an objective.
Renewing my congratulations, I hope you will accept, Your Majesty, the expression of my highest regard and personal esteem.
