Visit to Serralves
The President of the Republic and Mrs. Cavaco Silva accompanied the President of the Republic of Poland and Mrs. Anna Komorowska on a visit to Serralves Foundation in Porto.
Forum in Lisbon
The President of the Republic and his Polish counterpart, Bronislaw Komorowski, presided at the opening session of the Portugal-Poland Economic Forum, which was held in Lisbon, where both Heads of State delivered speeches.
Jantar em Queluz
On the occasion of the State Visit to Portugal of the President of the Republic of Poland, Bronislaw Komorowski, and Mrs. Anna Komorowska, the President of the Republic and Mrs. Cavaco Silva hosted a dinner in Queluz National Palace, at the start of which President Aníbal Cavaco Silva and his counterpart delivered speeches.

At the beginning of the State Visit they are holding to Portugal, the President of the Republic of Poland, Bronislaw Komorowski, and Mrs. Anna Komorowska, were welcomed, in the Palace of Belém, by the President of the Republic and Mrs. Cavaco Silva.
The President of the Republic appointed as members of the Organizing Committee of the National Day of Portugal, Camões and the Portuguese Communities, presided by Prof. Doctor António Manuel Seixas Sampaio da Nóvoa, Eng. Carlos Alberto Matias Ramos, João de Oliveira e Costa Braga, Dr. Simonetta Luz Afonso and Dr. Pedro Rapoula.

The President of the Republic received, in audience, Ambassador Manuel Lobo Antunes, who has commenced his duties as Portuguese diplomatic representative in Rome, Italy.
Decoration Ceremony
The President of the Republic decorated with the grade of Officer of the Military Order of Avis, Major Sérgio Lino de Almeida Estrela, who will be relinquishing his post as Presidential Aide-de-Camp to take up duties in Flight Squadron 504, headquartered at No. 6 Air Base, in Montijo.
