House of Parliament
As programmed for his State Visit to Romania, the President of the Republic met, in Parliament House, Bucharest, with the President of the Senate, Calin Popescu-Tariceanu.
At the end of the meeting, President Cavaco Silva was led to the interior of Parliament House by Popescu-Tariceanu, to meet the President of the Chamber of deputies, Valeriu Zgonea.
Later, together with the Members of Parliament who had accompanied him on the Visit, the President of the Republic held a meeting with President Zgonea and with the leaders of the Romanian Parliamentary Groups.
