Toast between Presidents
The President of the Republic and Mrs. Cavaco Silva were the guests of honour at a dinner, in Sofia, hosted by the Bulgarian President, Rosen Plevneliev, on the occasion of the State visit to Bulgaria of the Portuguese Head of State.
The State dinner, during which President Cavaco Silva delivered an address, was held in the mansions housing the Bulgarian Presidency of the Republic.
