Buaroy Fish Farm

President of the Republic visited aquaculture complex in Norway

On the last day of his official visit to Norway, the President of the Republic visited, in the neighbourhood of the coastal city of Bergen, the aquaculture complex Buaroy Fish Farm, from the Leroy fish suppliers.

President Cavaco Silva was accompanied on this visit by the Norwegian Minister of Fisheries, Ms. Elisabeth Aspaker, by the Portuguese Ministers of the Environment, Land Planning and Energy, Jorge Moreira da Silva, and of Agriculture and the Sea, Ms. Assunção Cristas, as well as by sea and environment researchers and entrepreneurs in the area of biotechnology, who comprised the Presidential retinue on this trip.
