Citrus fruit orchard
Continuing his journey dedicated to young farmers in the Algarve, the President of the Republic visited, in Portela da Nave, Loulé, the Queijaria Martins, goat farming and fresh cheese production undertaking.
Later, already in the town of Alte, also in Loulé County, he visited a large citrus fruit orchard, recently planted by a young farmer, owner of the Citrinalte Company.
Concluding his programme, President Cavaco Silva visited, in Silves, the Celpaberry Company raspberry and strawberry hothouses, owned by a young farmer most of whose production is exported.
