President visits two food product exporting companies led by young entrepreneurs

The President of the republic visited, in Famalicão, two food product exporting companies led by young entrepreneurs, included in his programme dedicated to “The Real Economy: Entrepreneurs who will not abdicate”, carried out in the North of the country.

In the Vieira de Castro Company, President Cavaco Silva viewed the production activity of biscuits, covered almonds and candy manufactured for export to approximately fifty different markets in several continents.

Later, in the Primor Company, dedicated to processed meat goods, the President was briefed on the company’s internationalization process, that included the acquisition of facilities located abroad, and nowadays exports or produces in approximately 30 countries.
