Communiqué from the Presidency of the Republic

The Presidency of the Republic publishes the following communiqué:

“The President of the Republic received today, in audience, successively, the Secretary General of the Socialist Party, Dr. António José Seguro, the President of the Social Democrat Party, Dr. Pedro Passos Coelho, and the President of the CDS-Popular Party, Dr. Paulo Portas, in order to find out the assessment that the respective parties made of the negotiation procedure endeavouring to reach a commitment of national deliverance.”
