Innovation in SME as main topic
The President of the Republic took part, together with King Don Juan Carlos I of Spain and with the Italian President, Giorgio Napolitano, in the closing session of the VIII COTEC Europa Meeting, held in Madrid, where he delivered a speech.
The VIII COTEC Europa Meeting, which was attended by dozens of Portuguese entrepreneurs, was held in the El Pardo Palace, in the Spanish capital, with innovation in small and medium sized enterprises as the main topic.
